Stephen Falkowski, DO received his B.S. in Biology from Monmouth College in W. Long Branch, New Jersey in 1970. He went on to receive his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO in 1974. He held a D.O. degree internship at Interboro General Hospital in Brooklyn, NY until 1975, when he moved to work in private practice in Amityville, NY until 1976. He then worked as an Internal Medicine Resident at Parkview Osteopathic Hospital in Philadelphia, PA until 1977. From 1977 to 2010 he worked in private practice in Cherry Hill and Marlton, NJ.
He is proficient in both general practice and skilled nursing home attending, as well as assisted living facility care. He has worked for Palms Medical Group from November 2010 to the present. He is also DOT exam certified and has been an investigator for drug studies with Southeast Clinical Research in Chiefland, FL since 2013.
